The Atlas AI tools directory groups AI tools by what people use them for. If you make an AI tool, you can pay for a Featured spot at the top of the directory. This page explains how it works and the rules every sponsor follows.
The rules for every sponsor
- Every paid placement carries a visible "Sponsored" label, wherever it appears.
- Every sponsor is reviewed before paying, the same way we review every listing. An automated screen runs when you send the form below. Then we open your official site and pricing page and check your one-sentence description. You can pay only after your tool passes the review.
- Your tool must be real, live and accurate to be accepted and to stay listed. We recheck placements while they're live. If we can't confirm something on your official pages, we correct it or take the placement down.
- Paying never buys a claim we can't confirm, a "best" label, or a higher position in the regular listing. The order of the regular listing stays the same whether or not a tool sponsors.
- Sponsored links point to your official site and are marked as sponsored links.

Prices are in USD. Send the form below to start. You subscribe through Gumroad only after your tool passes our review.
Featured spot
Up to 3 tools appear in a Featured block at the top of the listings, above the use-case groups. Each spot shows your tool's name linked to your official site, one sentence on what it does, its use case and the "Sponsored" label.
It's a monthly subscription. Your spot stays up while the subscription is active and comes down when the paid period ends or payment stops. You can cancel any time in Gumroad.

Fill in the form. An automated screen checks your official site and your description right away. If it doesn't pass, we show you why. If it passes, you get a private status link. Save it. No payment links by email; checkout happens right on this page. The status link is how you come back to check your request.
We then review your tool. If it passes, a Pay now button appears on your status page and your spot is held for 72 hours. If you don't subscribe in that time, the spot is released and you can apply again. If it doesn't pass, your status page tells you why, and you aren't charged. Once your first payment is confirmed, your Featured spot goes live right away with the "Sponsored" label. Each monthly payment keeps it up for another month.

Questions
Can I pay to move up in the regular listing?
No. Featured spots sit in their own labeled block above the groups. The order of the regular listing doesn't change for sponsors.
Can I write my own description?
Yes. We check it during the review and may correct it before you pay, so the sentence that goes live is one we can confirm on your official pages, in the same plain style as every other entry. No rankings, superlatives or guarantees.
What if my tool doesn't pass?
If the automated screen or our review doesn't pass it, we tell you what we couldn't confirm. You aren't charged, because you can only pay after your tool passes.
How do I check my request?
Use the private status link you get after sending the form. No payment links by email; checkout happens right on this page. Keep the link somewhere safe. Anyone with the link can see the status of your request, so don't share it.
When does my spot start and end?
It starts once your first payment is confirmed. Each monthly payment pays for another month. If you cancel, the spot stays up until the end of the month you paid for. If a payment fails, the spot comes down when the paid period ends, or sooner if Gumroad cancels the subscription because payments failed. A refund or dispute takes the spot down right away. You can cancel any time from your Gumroad receipt or library.
How are sponsored links marked?
Each sponsored link to your site uses rel="sponsored" and sits next to a visible "Sponsored" label.
What if my pricing or features change?
Tell us and we recheck your pages and update the entry. If a tool stops being live or accurate, we pause or remove its spot. Paused days aren't refunded or credited. If your tool fails our recheck after your first payment, we refund that payment in full, including fees. Other refunds are at our discretion. The terms have the details.
